Matt has represented individuals, businesses, developers, and coalitions before land use boards and commissions throughout Eastern Connecticut and Middlesex County. He has appeared in favor of applications but has also represented opponents to proposed applications, and has represented applicants and opponents in appeals to the Connecticut Superior Court. In addition, Matt was an alternate member of the New London Planning and Zoning Commission, is a former member and Chair of the Stonington Inland Wetlands Commission, and is the Chair of the Stonington Zoning Board of Appeals.
